Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Cherie Limoe, we want you to love your jewelry! That’s why we offer a 14-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at customer-support@cherielimoe.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Store Credit Only – No Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Instead, all approved returns will be issued store credit, which:
✔️ Must be used within 90 days of issuance
✔️ Cannot be transferred or given to another person
✔️ Can be applied toward any available products in our store
Final Sale Items (No Returns or Exchanges)
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
❌ Custom-made or personalized products
❌ Discounted or sale items
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all packaging intact.
- Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your store credit has been issued.
