ACL Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the start of the entry period. Employees, directors, and officers of Cherie Limoe, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person are not eligible to enter or win. 

2. Giveaway Period

Entry time for the giveaway begins on September 24,2025 at 23:00 US Central Time and ends on September 30, 2025 20:00 US Central Time. All entries must be received within this period to be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the official giveaway post on the Cherie Limoe Instagram account (@cherielimoe). This will include actions such as following our account and liking the post.

You may submit unlimited entries by commenting and tagging one (1) friend per comment on the official giveaway post. Each unique, qualifying comment with a tagged friend will count as one (1) additional entry into the drawing as long as you completed the other instructions in the post.

Any attempts to enter using automated methods, fraudulent accounts, or by submitting comments that do not follow the instructions will result in immediate disqualification.

4. Prize(s)

There will be a total of three (3) winners. The prizes are as follows:

  • First Prize (1 winner): Two (2) 1-Day General Admission tickets for Austin City Limits Music Festival Weekend 2. The winner will also receive two (2) Cherie Limoe products. 
  • Second through third Prizes (2 winners): Each winner will receive one (unreleased) (1) Cherie Limoe product, to be selected by Cherie Limoe, and a 20% lifetime discount on all future Cherie Limoe products.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered. The Austin City Limits festival tickets are subject to the event's official rules and policies.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on September 30, 2025 at 22:00 US Central Time. The winners will be notified via a direct message on Instagram from the official @cherielimoe account.

The selected winner of the First Prize must respond and accept the prize within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. If the winner fails to respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

The winners will need to prove their names and details before we prizes are sent.  

6. Exclusions and Limitations

  • Ticket Exclusions: The Austin City Limits tickets are for event entry only. All other costs, including but not limited to travel to and from the event, lodging, food, merchandise, and any other personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.
  • Forfeiture: Failure to respond within the 24-hour timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the prize, with no compensation provided.
  • Non-Transferable Prizes: All prizes, including the ACL tickets and Cherie Limoe products, are non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, or resold. The 20% lifetime discount is strictly non-transferable and is valid only for purchases made by the verified individual winner of the prize. Cherie Limoe reserves the right to verify the identity of the purchaser before applying the discount.

7. General Conditions

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Austin City Limits Music Festival. By participating, you agree to a complete release of Instagram and the Austin City Limits Music Festival from any and all liability in connection with this giveaway.

By entering, participants grant Cherie Limoe the right to use their first name, Instagram username and city/state of residence for promotional purposes.

8. Disqualification

Cherie Limoe reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it believes, in its sole discretion, is fraudulent, violates these rules, or is an attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway. Any winner who is found to have violated these rules may be required to forfeit their prize.
